Established in 1957, C H Shear & Sons are a Haulage Contractor based in Sticker near St Austell. Being located in Mid Cornwall means that we can cover the whole of the County of Cornwall. C H Shear & Sons are an independent supplier of loose sand, aggregates and sea sand and we can dispose of inert waste from sites. Our flexible delivery options are tailored to each customer which will allow you to have the perfect delivery to match your site requirements and the most cost-effective service. Our fleet of rigid HGV tippers range from 10 tonnes, 16 tonnes to 20 tonnes.

Suppliers of Sand and Aggregates

C H Shear and Sons can acquire a wide range of sand, ballast, sub-base aggregates, drainage aggregates, gabion stone for baskets and other locally sourced products, including some environmentally friendly recycled products. We supply both primary aggregates and secondary aggregates from local quarries.

Hauliers of Inert Waste from Sites

C H Shear and Sons can responsibly dispose of your materials in a compliant manner. Your waste can be removed by rigid tippers. We can currently deal with a wide range of products from green waste, rubble and inert soils.

All relevant documentation can be provided upon request, including Waste Carriers Certificate and Waste Transfer Notes.
